What does Ultra Violet Lair sell?

Ultra Violet Lair sells fine art photography, professional giclée prints.

What countries does Ultra Violet Lair ship to?

We ship locally in Australia and worldwide. No limitations is our ticket unless informed otherwise!

What forms of payment does Ultra Violet Lair accept?

1. Internet – Banking Transfer
We accept payments made via Internet banking from Australian Banks.

We can also accept payment for international money transfers. Please note: when making a SWIFT (also know as BIC) transfer, your bank is likely to charge a fee. When SWIFT money transfers are in transit, you may incur handling fees from corresponding banks.

2. Stripe (Credit Card payments)
We accept payment via credit card through Stripe with access to 25 countries throughout the world. This includes all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard & American Express. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address.

How much will the delivery cost me?

Add your items to the cart and enter your delivery address in the Checkout to see delivery charges to your country. Some countries may charge customs and duties for your parcel. You are responsible for these customs and duties charges.

Are my payments secure?

All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. For your own safety we do not save any payment information.

Collection and use of personal information

Ultra Violet Lair respects your privacy, we only use personal information to complete orders you placed on the website, and to answer any customer service inquiries that you may have. Ultra Violet Lair never passes on your private information to third parties.

How do I check the status to an order?

Ultra Violet Lair cannot be held responsible for any customs or import fees or duties that may be applicable in your country. Please check with the appropriate authority to see if any taxes or duties apply before placing your order. Please note: If an order gets held by customs, it may also delay delivery.

I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?

Please visit via the link on the ‘checkout‘ page (under the ‘SUPPORT’ menu in the footer, also found when placing an order).

Click the text ‘Lost your Password’ under the ‘login’ box filled with green colour and follow the prompts.

I'm Sydney based, can I pick-up from you direct?

At this stage, we do not accept pickups as we do not have a retail storefront with the current address. We are currently exploring options.
