Ana's relevance to the ‘Amelie’ film
Ana is an artist and mother of a two year old performing artist called Amelie. Amelie was named after the French film ‘Le Fabuleux Destin d’Amélie Poulain’ by director ‘Jean-Pierre Jeunet’. This film is rich in colour, has beautiful detail throughout and is wonderfully quirky. Right up my alley! It’s kind of how I fashion my art.
I’ve worked in graphics (inclusive of professional photo retouching), film, theatre and the web. Freelancing in the various fields, now specialising in creative portraits. I’ve studied Visual Communications at UTS (2006) and have a Fine Arts Diploma from Meadowbank Tafe (2002).
Ana is inspired by nature, old architecture, ornate vintage jewellery, gothic inspired designs, basically anything styled on the Victorian era. So ecstatic (yes that’s my chosen word!) to have recently moved to an area near Windsor (NSW). Quoted from Wikipedia ‘The town sits on the Hawkesbury River, enveloped by farmland and Australian bush’. For Ana, from a creative perspective, it’s a never ending desire to photograph 24/7.
Two creative portraits will feature here shortly with backbone stories as to each as to their unique creation.
Ana makes tailor-made images and content, performing simple to highly creative edits. Attention to detail from a design perspective, is Ana’s way. Intertwined with clarity, achieved using only high resolution .jpeg/.tiff files, to produce a full spectrum artwork.
As each job is unique, a quotation service is available. Send your photo(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org
